Return Policy


100% Satisfaction Guarantee Returns Policy:

Returned merchandise will be accepted for credit only if in sealed, resalable condition and in original packaging. OfficePro Supply is not obligated to accept merchandise for credit after 30 days from date of invoice. In requesting authorization to return merchandise, please include the invoice number and date of invoice to ensure prompt handling. All merchandise returned will be credited subject to handling and restocking charges if warranted.


Shortages:

We take great pride in making sure every order is filled accurately. However, if you happen to receive an order that is missing product (not including backorders) you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order to receive a replacement at no charge.


Perishable Items & Dated Goods:

All perishable items (with expiration date), are non-returnable unless damaged or defective. Calendars and other dated goods are non-returnable after January 31st.


Compatible & Remanufactured Toner Cartridges:

Most compatible and re-manufactured toners will be warrantied for up to one year from the date of original invoice. Cartridges must be returned in original packaging, and are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.


Furniture:

All furniture products may be returned within 30 days of the dated invoice for full credit when returned in original packaging. Furniture older than 30 days from the invoice but fewer than 60 days may be returned with a 15% restocking fee in original packaging. If furniture is defective or damaged, it must be returned in the original packaging within 30 days to receive credit. After 30 days, defective or damaged furniture will be subject to the manufacturer’s warranty.


Special Orders (Printing, Promotional, Stamps etc.):

All special orders are non-returnable.
